I've been trying like crazy to observe Unplugged Sundays and forcing my family to do the same. By the weekend we're all on media overload...it's time to get outside and connect to something real: nature, live music, each other. It's been so powerful for me, by the end of the day I'd be happy to throw my Blackberry into the Pacific, never see it again. My kids love it too, it's sadly become the only time each week we all truly connect.
This Friday is the Second Annual National Day of Unplugging, 24 hours of tweet-lessness and text-lessness. Do it with the people you love! Check out Reboot's website for more unplugged activities!
